Luis seems to be able to turn over from his back to his stomach, he just isn't willing to do so (much to the chagrin of his parents). Of course, those who knew me as a small child, may remember that I was a bit stubborn then. Here, you can see how he likes to roll onto his side and play with toys from that position. If I let him hold onto my finger, he'll roll the whole way. But, that doesn't really count.
