We've had some unseasonably cold weather over the last couple of weeks with many, many days that only reach the 30's. Luckily we had a nice ski-like jacket for Luis from last winter (when we were still in VA). This weekend, Jules and I picked up a hat and mittens for him (because I felt too guilty being out with him wearing gloves and Luis being glove-less). As a real testament to how cold it is in the mornings, Luis wears his coat, his hat AND his gloves without even the slightest protest. Here he is from this morning (with his flashlight in his hands - he was taking it to show "all my friends at school".)
I like the cold weather (and wearing my favorite wool sweaters). Though it is plenty cold enough for snow, we will not get any for the foreseeable future. I don't like that part.
