Turns out that monsoon season isn't actually over yet. We've had rain every day for the last week. Some days, we've had LOTS of rain. I'm reminded a bit of the scene in Forrest Gump when Tom Hanks is describing the rain in Vietnam. The other day (Thursday, maybe?), a terrible brooding rain came down for a long time. Then, just before sunset, the sun started poking through at the back end of the storm. It was beautiful.
