I continue to settle in a little more each day. The cacophony that is the car horns is not as intrusive as it once was, the heat and humidity aren't as bothersome and the taste of toned milk is starting to seem normal. But the hawks are always interesting to watch - that doesn't seem to lessen with time. One hawk is building a nest in the top of a palm tree, just over the ledge of our balcony (not what is happening in this picture). Another new adventure to watch unfold...
